Gcup Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the gcup platform at gcup.onl, you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and gcup as the platform operator.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to stop using the gcup platform immediately. Registering an account or continuing to use the gcup platform after these terms are published constitutes full acceptance of all conditions contained herein.

To register and use the gcup platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old or have reached the minimum age requirement set by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not registering from jurisdictions where participation in online gaming is illegal or restricted.
• Not an employee of gcup, any gcup affiliate company, or an immediate family member of any gcup employee.
• Not currently listed in any self-exclusion programme recognised by gcup.

Each gcup member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or financial information, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

• Valid Malaysian identification number (MyKad) or passport.
• An active email address that belongs to you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gcup account password. gcup shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Gcup supports a variety of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members, including instant bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other approved digital payment methods. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits stated on your account's financial page.

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. The maximum limit depends on your chosen payment method and account verification level.

Withdrawal Limit: gcup processes 95% of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes or less. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Daily maximum withdrawal limits vary based on membership level and KYC verification status.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same financial account used for deposits. gcup reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for security and anti-money laundering purposes.

Gcup offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and other specific terms stated in each promotion.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the stipulated wagering requirements.
• Gcup bonus wagering requirements are typically between 10x and 30x depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses have a validity period as stated in their respective promotion terms.
• Gcup reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse or fraud is detected.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member.

Gcup reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. gcup's decision on all matters relating to bonuses and promotions is final.

Gcup reserves the right to close or suspend any member account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from a competent authority.

Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting the gcup support team. For members who opt for self-exclusion on responsible gaming grounds, gcup will process the request promptly and any remaining balance will be returned once all reviews are complete.

Once an account is closed at the member's own request, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the member's registered bank account within the stipulated timeframe, after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements.

Gcup shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the gcup platform, including data loss, service disruptions due to factors beyond gcup's control, or losses incurred during previously disclosed technical outages.

Gcup does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible, while unplanned outages will be resolved as quickly as possible. gcup is not responsible for any internet connection or equipment costs incurred by members to access the platform.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.

• Temporary Break: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
